The Höfðatorg Centre is a 19 floor building towering over Iceland´s financial and key business district in the street of Borgartún. The building is easily accessible by car with parking available around it. The Regus Centre is on the 17th floor offering a magnificent view over the ocean, Reykjavik harbour and the majestic landscape surrounding the capital with mount Esja in the middle. Neighbouring businesses include those involved in finance, insurance, retail, IT & key administration offices both for the state and the city.
The center is within walking distance of downtown Reykjavík, Harpa concert hall and conference center. 45 minutes from Keflavík International Airport and a few minutes drive from Reykjavik airport, the center is also accessible via Stræto (public bus network) and a short drive from the BSÍ Bus Terminal, as well as Kringlan mall with its shopping, bars and restaurants. Restaurants, hotels, car rental services, insurance companies and various other businesses surround the center.
And last, but not least the historic building Höfði, built in 1909, is not far away. The building made history in 1986 when it hosted the Reykjavík Summit meeting of presidents Ronald Reagan of the United States and Mikhail Gorbachev of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. That effectively was a step to the end of the Cold War.
